Shipping & Delivery Policy
What is your Shipping Timeline?
- Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.
- All clothing products take 5 to 15 working days (shipping timelines vary from product to product and are mentioned under every product in the description section as well).
- Working Days are Monday – Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email.
- Please do not accept a parcel if it is tampered as we will not be responsible for it.
- International shipping charges for most countries start from INR 2700 for 1 garment, INR 3600 for 2 garments, INR 4500 for 3 garments and INR 5400 for 4 or more garments
- For all international customers, please be aware that NOT ALL packages shipped internationally will make it through customs without a tariff. Therefore we want to clearly communicate that to you, the buyer is responsible for ALL DUTIES, TAXES, and FEES at the time of import.
- Our shipping charges vary for the countries mentioned below. For these countries shipping start from INR 6000 + INR 2000 for every additional garment
- Brazil, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Panama, South Africa, Turkey, Fiji, Mauritius, Norway, Trinidad and Tobago, Afghanistan, Angola, Antigua, Argentina, Barbados, Mozambique, East African countries
- Cash On Delivery
- For COD orders we will require an advance amount of 30% of the Total Order Value. Our sales team will contact you over whatsapp or call within 24 hours.
- Orders will be added in production once we have recieved the advance. COD is applicable for orders with delivery within India
Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?
- yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ exchanges within India. We do charge a partial shipping fee of Rs. 180/-. for the same.
- Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.
Where are my tracking details?
- As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a WhatsApp message with tracking details.
What are your shipping charges?
- Our Shipping charges vary as per the shipping location
- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges. Charges are subject to the weight of your order.
- Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to tell you what the cost would be, since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
